We are continuing to practice writing full sentences. We learned about the letters Ww, Kk, and Xx, which are very rarely used in Spanish, especially as a first letter. In math, we used math theater to write equations, worked on simple addition and subtraction, and delved more deeply into shapes. I sent your children home testing kits for COVID-19 to use before coming back spring break. It is not required to take a test to come back to school, but is rather a preventative measure against a COVID outbreak after many people travel. Here is a link with more information about when to test your child.
Please note that if your child has had a positive COVID-19 test within the last 90 days, testing them may show a false positive, and they do not need to be tested.
