They also wrote about their sculpture using phrases like Es un/una ______. (This is a _____.), Tiene ______. (It has ______.) Yo veo _______. (I see _______.) Yes - they are already writing in full sentences in Spanish! We also talked about the parts of a plant, and they recorded their observations of their own plants in their science notebook. In math, we delved into estimating, used math theater to write equations, and worked more on the teen numbers. We attended the Career Fair on Wednesday, where the kids listened to many different presenters talk about their jobs. They were able to interact with tools each person uses at work, and they really enjoyed it! We ended the week by sharing what plans we had for break, and I am looking forward to hearing all of their stories when we come back!
