This summer, please keep your child playing, discovering, reading, writing, and using Spanish. The Kindergarten Websites will be open all summer long, until the week before school starts. Then, we need to get them ready for the next kindergarten class.
Lastly, some celebration is in order. We did it! Your child has officially moved on from being a kindergarten to a first grade student! It has been a true privilege to work with each and every one of your children this year. They have grown from timid, wide-eyed strangers to enthusiastic, confident friends and learners. I am so proud of their growth socially and academically, and I am incredibly proud of their Spanish skills as well! Each child is reading and writing in Spanish! How amazing!!
Thank you for sharing your child with me this year. They have touched my heart in countless ways - both large and small. I will miss them dearly this summer, and I look forward to seeing all of them as successful first graders next year!
will be open this summer:
Tuesdays from 11:00am -1:00pm
Wednesdays from 3:00pm - 5:00pm

Explore the treasure of reading in English or Spanish!
Fill out the form, and bring it back to school in September. Students who complete the treasure hunt will receive a free book and will be entered into a drawing for fun prizes!
Look for a copy of the treasure hunt in your child's report card folder. Here's a copy of the sheet in case you need another one. Happy reading!
PSI teachers complied a list of things to do over the summer to keep your child's brain fresh and ready for the next school year!
