Fall Party Fun
After the students helped to make this tasty dessert, we ate it at the end of each party. Some parents asked for the recipe.
Layer 1: 3 oz. cream cheese, 1 Tbsp milk, 1 1/2 cups Cool-Whip
Whisk until smooth and spread over a graham cracker crust.
Layer 2: 2 pkgs (4-serving size) instant Vanilla pudding, 1 cup milk,
1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. cloves
Mix the pudding and milk. Add the pumpkin and spices, mix
well, and spread on top of the white layer. Refrigerate 2 hours.
