This is our last week of Kindergarten. We cannot believe it, and we are filled with a range of emotions. Having our year end this way is not at all what we hoped it would be; we especially miss the traditional end-of-year activities and good-bye hugs and high fives. These emotions are compounded by more emotions stemming from the grief that our metro community is experiencing.
We are grateful for all of you partnering with us to continue your children's education at a distance. This week, we ask that you do some things each day (and every day), and we will offer several other activities for your children to do. We will only send this one post for the week, so you can use the activities listed here all week long. There will be optional activities posted on Seesaw for this week. You can also go back and use the resources that we listed in the Daily Messages in March.
All summer long, the Kindergarten websites and this blog and all of its resources will be available for your children to use. Seesaw will also be available until at least the end of June.
We miss your children. Please give them our love and a big hug.
Srta. Joyner, Sra. Lindsey, Sra. Sala-Healey, and Sra. Wieber
